Hi guys, im new to the forum, im wondering where i can replace the rubber strips down the side of my TE one is ripped out and the other is soon gonna be gone too.. i tried supercheapauto and repco but they dont got it, they recomdended clarkrubber but i doubt theyll have car stuff.. any ideas?
go to a wreaker
it will be alot cheaper then them places u mentioned...
u also might find other bits from yur car u wanna replace

ok. price isnt really important too me i just wanna get this thing fixed cuz the car looks dodgy with one side missing it and the other side havin it

get them from mitsu there only 15-20 just peel and stick. (unless color coded)

Are you tlaking about the strip that goes along the doors? I thought it was made of plastic :redface: . How hard are they to paint?

if you can find some at a wreckers, get some from TL/KL, and get em colourcoded :D they are so much smoother

yeh definitly look for the sides that are colour coded, will look ten times better than the standard grey side strips, and dude they are plastic not rubber, wreckers will be your best bet, or mitsu if you aint concerned with the money!!

i cant pay with paypal.. only with cash.. i need red ones for the side of the car
when you say get em from mitsu wut do u mean.. a mitsubishi car dealer or do i gotta call up and pay with credit cards n ****? i only pay with cash

Any mitsubishi dealership that has a spare parts department can order one in for you.

instead of replacing them, if your funds can hold it, when i got a respray i had mine removed and smoothed.
im still happy i did it.
i am guessing you could get a smash repairs could have a go at this. i dunno.

i've got the KL verada ones, which are slightly taller, but flatter. the top about 5mm of these are chrome, which i think looks awesome :D
