well i decided to debadge my car because i didn't really like the badges and saw many other debadged magnas and liked them. I kept the boot garnish because that would be too hard to debadge so i couldn't be ****ed ****ing around with that. Didn't want to ruin anything!

Anywho i then decided to **** around with the badges and couldn't find a good place to put them, so i put them here.

Now what are all your thoughts, is this stupid, or is a good idea.
Personally i dont mind it, reminds me of such a cool manufacturer when i go to refuel my car haha!

how do you go about cleaning up afterwards. id like to do that on my car but im concerned about the 10 years of sunlight fade which could show up and the removal of the glue.

haha yeah it isnt straight is it. think i'll keep it for a while then i'll probably take it off and go eat some bacon or maybe a toasted cheese sandwitch.
i basically used fishing line to remove then sprayed it with degreaser and wiped away with no hassle

I would not have put the "mitsubishi" part back. Stick with the diamonds but the writing on these cars are just old looking. Which is why i replaced all my TF logos for new chrome ones.

In my honest opinion, it looks a little silly, but if you like it thats all that matters.

Nah, take it off. The whole point of taking it off in the first place was to make it look cleaner... this just makes it look.... very out of place

Mate, love the car, really beautiful...
But the badges on the fuel door... terrible. Tear them off and burn them! I don't care if they're metal, burn them!
That grille looks absolutely awesome though, where did you get the mesh for it from? How much it cost? Hard to do? I'm thinking of doing the same for my grille as well as the slotted plastic inserts on the front bar.
Cheers mate

The boot looks great, but I have to say that the badges on the fuel lid look strange.
As an alternative you could:
- Attach the chrome diamond to the centre of your steering wheel over the existing indented diamond with hot glue or something?
- Attach the 'Mitsubishi' badge to your air intake snout just infront of the radiatior. It should be wide enough there.
- Attach the diamond to the inside of the fuel lid. That way you can look at it whilst refueling.
