Hrmm, If i was going to get an aftermarket sunroof, i wouldn't be buying it from ebay... in my personaly opinion, it's too much of a big job (and one you can't go back on!) if it all turns pear shaped. Check out some sunroof places around your city, there's surley someone that could do it for an alright price - maybe not ebay cheap, but you'll get warranty, support etc. etc.

you will struggle to find a sunroof company to fit it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if anyone will touch it at all!!

you can still buy this kind and would proably cost about $550 installed with warranty and parts that you can get in the future..

i have had a roof fitted to a rodeo single cab very similar to the one pictured, pop up kind... o leaks or problems whatsoever, cost me $450 almost 2 years ago...

keep in mind that the suroof places are insured and wont stuff up the job....

there is only one place i will reccomend that is if you are i vic....

Custom sunroofs is the best place to go, Peter is the man to speak to... take one look at his workshop then decide for yourself.... i spent the whole day there when he fitted my roof... no corner cutting there!!

Sunroofs are great, Had them in 3 of my cars so far (neither of my current cars have them now tho - miss them too).

I'd support the above posts - if you going to cut a hole in ya roof - do it with someone that'll give you support & warranty.

Oh, and beware getting some Factory sunroofs (not sure if this includes MMAL ones) as some car manufacturers use a special tool on the assembly line that sunroof places don't have (costs a rediculous amount). At least that's what I've been told by 2 sunroof places so far. So they won't/can't install a factory sunroof (from a wrecked car etc.) into your car.

sunroof in summer = awesome

$1800 is a bit rich, anything mitsubishi do is expensive - find a private place to do it - will be half that and same quality job

I think hollandia (is it?) make fairly decent aftermarket sunroofs.. try googling them..

I don't think i'd ever buy another car without one now.. they are one of those things, once you've had one, it would be hard to go without again..
