well as some of u may know (eg ashneel) i got my ralliart kit on weds. so far i've cleaned, sanded, primed, wetsanded the front bar and cleaned and sanded the 2 skirts. now tomorrow i'm goin into autobarn to get them to mix me up some paint so i can paint the front bar and hopefully skirts tomorrow. if anyones interested in progress pix i'm willing to post some up or maybe i'll just leave it and post up the end results.
PS: this is goin on a TF
PPS: yes my arm is sore ummm from the sanding. yes that sounds believable.

If getting your paint through autobarn, make sure you get enough. Don't underestimate because if you need more paint, i nearly guarentee the next batch they mix up wont look the same. Good luck mate :).

nope incorrect, well if i mix it that is, i dunno how you could mix it up a different colour as the mixture is all in grams of weight, and if ya mix it according to the formula then should be the same time and time again, unless you have a dumbass mixing lol, :D

You'd think that, but i and others have had slightly different shades of the same colour than what was previously bought. Might have something to do with the 18 year old newb behind the counter lol.

even cars w the same colour codes straight out of the factory have differences in colour....
same goes with engines too! some are more/less powerful than others, even though they are the same engine and come out of the same factory.
sounds good, pics as you go would be good

only problem is i think the devilles might be a bit too blingy for the ralliart kit (i dont wanna look like a racer wanting to look gangster)

:stoopid:
i hear ya!
chrome = tacky, its a cheap replacement for proper polished wheels (if you want them that shiny)
get polished/machined/painted finish over chrome anyday, especially if your trying to not look blingy

chromes not that bad on a Ralliart it depends on the wheel http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=22214&d=1149075933
