Hey,

I blew the gearbox in my TE a while back and its been sitting in my driveway ever since.

I now have a new gearbox to install, only problem is that I have no idea how to do it. Its only a replacement not a manual conversion so it shouldn't be too hard.

Is there anyone in SA who is willing to help me do it over a weekend or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Might wanna ring around and see if you can find somewhere to install it, where they have all the equipment there & only charge a labour fee and for parts only, like seals etc

That would be your best bet

Also, try looking in the service manual (the downloadable one if you dont have it) and seeing if you can get part numbers for the seals you will need, OR go to mitsu and ask what seals you will need, then go buy the seals yourself and it will work out even cheaper :)

Thats if your a tightass like me :)
