I'm soon to build a boot install, includeing 2xamps, 1x12" or 2x10" subs & possibly a stacker.
I built my own setup for my Lancer which turned out VERY neat, but I'm stuffed if I can think how to set it up in the Magna.
It needs to flow well to the ski port, not take to much boot room, and be visible but not damageable from the boot.
Anyone with pics of Magna (or any car for that matter) installs, could u post them to give me some ideas for basic layout?
Thanks in advance.

The other side has nothing there.
I wouldn't mix sub sizes. Makes tuning them very hard. I'd just stick with 2x12's. Which reminds me, I need to upgrade :D

12" Alpine TypeR DVC. The box is custom made for it...also custom made to fit perfectly in the magna boot too! :)

it's too bits of board
1st board holds the amp, and some riser blocks
2nd board screws in to the riser blocks
the back board has 1 screw at the top in to some metal backet that was already there, and another small block of wood behind at the bottom so it could be fixed to the floor of the boot.

u sure that is a custom box for the alphine? it looks very much like a prefab box how its got the curved roof.....
as for the b oot install that wont do damage and goes to the ski hole..... why not have the subs facing forwards.... to the ski hole.... the back of the box perspex with lights and sh*t mounted some where flashing into the box.... or build a wall to section the boot into 2 with perspex so nothing can fall into the subs

Yeah I know it looks prefab, but it is a custom box since they measured it to fit perfectly. The other reason it looks so prefab is because I still need my boot space, so the ability to remove the sub ASAP for work is very handy. A full length, forward facing job would've made this a lot more tricky.
