Has anyone got a CLEAR photo or tech diagrams etc of the RIPP centrifugal supercharger kit that was released for the 3000GT, eclipse etc in the US?
What am I talking about?
Check my profile picture.
So if you've got any, please post em. I have about 60 relevant images but none showing the *exact* belt arrangement. I believe 99% that it is crank driven.

What is that between the S/C and the Flow Meter?

am i right in saying that the tube running across the front of the motor contains a shaft with a pully on the end going to the crank via a belt?

i think its a BOV (blow off valve)

looking through your pics, it looks as though you need a crank pully with a second surface for a second belt. it definatly looks crank drivin, as the belt goes down to the pully (harmonic balancer)
looks like fun.
looks like a pressure valve between sc and engine. There is no bypass valve on this setup and thus you get major boost on overrun

Yes, I understand they have massive issues trying to "push" the boost through a MAF sensor.

the existing acc belt is replaced and uses factory tensioner....... yes crank driven, no major mods there
