Noice, I seen this exact set the other day, I am still waiting for some to come through the post.
Notice the extra lighting in there too, looks like the same colour I am using in my TE.

Let us know how they work when ya got wet shoes. Seems to be a problem with alot of "sports\performance pedals."
They do look good though.

Are all pedal kits just the "bolt over the top of your existing ones" type, or only the ones I have seen? Thought about them a few times, but didn't like the idea of having them just clamped over the top of the stock ones.

Hey Erik you finally worked out how to do it? easy yeah?
For the accelerator the pedal just goes over the top, but for the brake you just peel the brake rubber off and use the new pedal in place of it
check and check again when tightening these....you dont want em to come off
Nice erik:)

thats why i only had these gay PEDALS on my manual pulsar for like a month because the clutch PEDAL kept on coming loose. And yeah wet shoes don't mix with these PEDALS at all. :bowrofl:

i tried on a set but had to take the rubber off and thought it was dodgy as and they look so lame as soon as you open the door and look down you can see the stupid bolts that hold them on, would be nice if you can get real pedals not just covers

Agreed, though they do look nice, I am not sure if any of you noticed that some of these padals stated the dangers of using shoes with shoe laces, or not meant for bare feet etc... which actually made me decided not to buy them.

not all pedals are the clamp on type. THe ones i have are required holes to be drilled through the stock pedals (pads removed), and the new pedals bolted to the stock ones, and locknutted, with supplied locktite.

hehe - and elsewhere on another forum.....
to quote:
Hello ladies and gentlemen. Today whilst I was driving on the freeway, I was silly enough to hit the accelerator instead of the brake and ran into the person in front's tow bar.
It happened at the exit of the freeway. I then proceeded to exit my vehicle in an orderly fashion whilst I then proceeded to inspect the damage that occured to both automobiles. I now have a circular indentation on my front bumper. My reasoning behind this accident is due to my aftermarket foot pedals. I promptly removed them from the vehicle. My brakes completely failed when I was trying to slow my vehicle (maybe because your foot was on the accelerator?). No damage was aquired on the ladies car all thanks to her tow bar. I will not be repairing my indentation due to the fact that I just recieved a NEW bumper bar which was only fixed a few months back. Now if I repair this bumper again, it is highly probable that some other form of indentation could occur. I do not believe that I struck any part of the vehicle that is of major significance. I have been driving the vehicle around and it feels fine.

Just read the whole thread on FF now
god i couldnt stop laughing..
this qoute just made my day it is gold
Hmmm, horrific. Are you sure your pedals are to blame? You didnt perhaps get your cardigan caught somewhere while reaching for the tin of barley sugars, got disorientated and stabbed the accelerator with your walking stick? Maybe nod off at the wheel while waiting for the car to reach 60?

Yes you did the right thing and stopped. Although most people use brakes for this, and not the cars around them.
