yea i need to upgrade my woofer amp, from a ****ty 4channel boss amp to goodish one
it has 400rws, now i can't install it myself so i need installation aswell
what would be a recommended amp to go with this woofer

go onto ebay, thats your best bet, just stay away from sony

the Response 2x150W would be my suggestion if you dont want to fork out a stack of cash.
Its 500Wrms bridged.
I run my 300Wrms 12" DVC sub off one and have had absolutely no problems, doesnt get hot at all even pushing the sub hard.

the Response amp is your best bet. cheap, powerful, and not worth getting anything better for a 306 :)

nice choice of sub there mate... wont disappiont ya...
i got mine put in the other week... used a jaycar 800watt D-class which gives exactly 400wrms at 4ohm... but the down side is its 400 bucks also... though u can talk them down...i got mine for 350....

Jaycar is cool.....
after the good words i've hear about their gear all my stuff is jaycar speakers amps...
and they do good deals too..... got discounts on everything.... but look around
i got my monoblokck for $280... ssshhhhh dont tell anyone though...

Yeah I would just get a cheapy Jaycar with that sub, its not really overly important. I would get the 2ch if you plan to only run the one sub or the mono block if you plan to buy a second down the track:D
