yesterday arvo i got my cannon fitted at A1 Mufflers on punchbowl road (SL Performace or something? ) they did a gret job, i had bought the cannon a few weeks back for $20 so i was cheering, coz it looks like it had never been used, so all i had to pay for was getting it put on
it sounds tuff, nice rumble so im happy, now the car sounds alot meaner than it really is, put my foot down and it sounds like its going hard but not really going anywhere lol

looks nice. glad you like it
but ye im with Disciple cannon is a cheap way of getting your car to make nise. if you want your car to actually sound tough get a full exhaust system and you will notice the differance.
but good work :D

i totally agree, just that i just spent 1k on the rims and lowering springs so $20 for the cannon and then the cost of installation - was quick, easy and painless :P
next on the list is lukey extractors and a 2 1/4 exhaust system to the cannon and im not sure what type of k&n filter im gonna get but that will be there in the near future :)

As ash said go the real thing and then you will notice the difference, cannons imo are a bit ricey on there own, although that would look ok if u had some wheels!

2 1/4" might be a tad restrictive on the 2.6

Don't get a 2.5" system on a 2.6ltr man. Trust me from personal experience, get a 2.25" system with pacemaker extractors, a high flow cat and high flow muffler, get rid of the cannon and pick a nice tip for the muffler. I did the exact thing to my old TR and it sounded really nice. Sounded like a worked 6 cyl and went harder than VN-S's. Had a nice rumble n burble on the engine overrun too. I got mine installed for under $1k.

Just wondering if your car would be illegilly noizy now, ei too many decibels. Just wondering coz I will need to get an muffler at some stage to keep in line with modding convensions (rims, lowering, exhaust etc) and probly wont be able to afford a complete system.
Oh and looks nice btw
