I think I have blown a fuse somewhere in my car.

My interior light dosn't work, the stereo wont turn on, the apexi rsm wont turn on and the remote central locking wont work.

I was running a power cable for something and when I placed the centre console trim back in it crushed the positive wire against a negative part of the chassis. I wan't watching 100% so I dont know if it sparked.

The power wire which was crushed was going from the ECU to the Apexi RSM.

I've looked at every fuse I could find (drivers footwell and engine bay), none of which were blown.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd check your earth. Behind/under the stereo there should be an earth cable. This should be firmly attached somewhere to the chassis behind the dash surrounding the stereo. Don't disconnect this from the chassis or else you'll experience all sorts of weird and wonderful electric problems.
