well as the title suggests....
i discovered on the weekend that the bottom end of C5 has given up on me...
the engine still performs well.. just uses a little extra oil...
the original thought was to pull the block out.. rebore to Oversize 2 pistons.. and rings and so on.. but it looks pricey...for the whole motor...
the next thought was to get a 3.5L for it.. again wiring harness and so on... pricey again..
last thought.. DOHC swap... :) although again more work.. and this is my primary vehicle.. :( so no spares at home too drive around in :(
