i have a 96 ts v6 manual wagon. i have done the interior black and purple and the car is pretty much ready for a respray (i have sanded it back). it has no rego but only needs front bearings done to pass blue slip. the car drives great but i have to sell it now because i bought a new car. can anyone help me find out how much it is worth as it stands?
thanks, lolly

How good is the motor and gearbox? if all is good i would say 800 without a paint job? but without pics it is hard to say.

you will need to get it sprayed mate, no one will buy a sanded back 15year old magna, even if it does have a Purple interior.

I'm actually looking for a manual wagon project car. But as said you won't get over $1000 for it without paint.

if i could get 1000 for it i would be really happy. i have had too many problems with magnas and even sold my baby (the green one to the left) the other day and i have cried every day since. i love them but they just cause too many problems and with 2 kids and another on the way i need something more reliable

more reliable...hmmm i think you may have just bought lemons...
ive had no problems with my TS6 and its had a very hard life as a work horse.
the purple panels wouldnt up the value either. with no reg, roady or paint $1000 is a high figure IMO

3 gearboxes! holy hell!!!
what exactly needs doing to the car apart from getting it sprayed?
if there isnt too much to do then maybe consider just keeping it...you may have yourself a few grand.

I don't think so, if you car really did go through 3 gearboxes in 7 months, then you were getting ripped off by whoever was doing them. Or you were buying 2nd hand gear boxes.

3 sounds like an extremely high number...even for the age of the car. but, stranger things have happend, and there is always the possibility that it did ruin so many....very unlucky if it did and don't really blame lolly for wanting to get rid of it.
