Ok, condensation on the drivers side window drips onto the seatbelt....

Have you checked the window seals on the drivers side? sounds to me its all it could be, unless you have a hole in the roof!!

And that isnt...

Where does the seat belt join to the body of the car??? In the backseats the seatbelts go into the inside of the panels..... If the front seatbelt on ur car does something similar thats where the leak may be???

when i got a service not that long ago i asked them to check the seals and they reckon they were fine...but my seat belt is still saturated after it rains....i wouldnt have a clue where the seat belt joins to the body of the car i will have to check that one out...its just annoying to have a wet seat belt when you get into your car...

how would i know if its got to do with the seals?

i really dont know much about cars, as you can tell....should i get one of the guys to check my car

So when you get out of the car and close the door is there any gaps between the window and the rubber seals? get the hose out make sure the window is right up, then spray away (only on light) and then open up to see if any water got through *sorry best i can think of*

Definately sounds like a door seal leaking into the B pillar (just behind ya head) area, possibly behind the plastic panel.
Once it gets on the belt it acts like a wick and the water just creeps down the belt.
Get a freind to take off the plastic panel and get inside the car while you hose it.
You should see where the water is getting in. :D
