Not familiar with the Mivec engines but check back your wiring from the coils to see where you do have power. May be a dodgy connector or igniter. Alternatively, try swapping the coil over with one of the others and see if the coil isnt at fault.

Don't know what a "Mivec" engine is but if it's not a spark problem it could be the wiring loom to the injectors. I have a 3.5TJ and on two different occasions after playing in the engine bay I lost one cylinder. Turned out that the plastic wrapped around the loom and a wire inside had worn through where it was a tight fit going around the corner of the front rocker cover. As soon as I moved the loom away from the cover the injector started working again.

hey i have been into the cams and looked again they are all in the right spot, so i towed the car to mitsi hooked it to the computer and well the leads were back to front and all over the place. and wel the computer had had a fit and tuned the coil off that feeds those two cylinders so it now goes and it feels like a new engine,
took it for a thrash and timed it to the 0 to 100 and seriously took only 6.57 seconds
thats impressive i thought from a standard car of its size
