What size intercooler (dimensions esp thickness) are all you turbocharged maniacs (read: damn I'm jealous) using/squeezing in?

Mines 450x300x76. 76mm being the thickness - and about 1 inch was "shaved" off the front reinforcing bar to make it fit.

Depending on how you setup the piping to it - you might be able to squeeze a 600 wide cooler in there, and 600x300x76 is about the most common hybrid intercooler size you can get.

From studying pics of Velocity's car, I've come to the conclusion that he ended up with a 450x300x50 PWR core, with custom end tanks - but he never replied to my emails so I can't confirm that.

Looking at a supra intercooler atm, need to relocate the inlet/outlet to same side which is no real drama 'cept the endtank walls are paper thin. Price is right at $99inc and the black paint will help my stealth look.
