anyways im twisting his arm and we are going to swap interiors....

will we run into any probems???? just going to swap front and rear seats and possibly doortrims... or at least the insert bit....

i know the rada has electric seats but this would just be as easy as wiring it up to the ciggy lighter wouldnt it??? any other major dramas??? i dont think there would be....

dad lives 800km away so i just cant go out the front and check, otherwise i already would have....

i wouldnt say theres a problem at all. should be a straight fit.

might wanna check the power window switch location.... only thing i can think of...

some models have it on the door, others later moved it to the console

the cig lighter would be a low draw circuit compared to seat motors I should think - you'll most likely have to move the whole seat harness which probably runs to the fuse box under the driver's side of the dash.

I put electric seats in my TH... Very easy. Just wired them up direct to the battery with a little fuse just after the battery. Forget what size... can have a look tonight for you.

i think the Xi had the petrol cap and boot in the door so it might be just the inserts.

yep u can do the ciggy lighter, I made a plug that goes from the seat to a lighter plug for when I do verada swaps its easier to move the seat. pimp.96/69 has it wired to the ciggy lighter. but mines in the phone socket under the console i think its good for 20amps. its been like that for 3 years and pimps for 2 no probs.

You may find a blanked off plug underneath the carpet for the electric seat motor if you have a look.
