wreckers.

i ran my car with a buggered ISC for 3 years and counting. just dial the idle down on the idle screw.

My 2nd gen verada does this.. one minute it will idle at 600rpm, after a few air con cycles it could idle as high at 1600.

Hi there.

I bought a new ISC motor for my KR just last weekend.

It cost me $113.00 and I got it from Repco. They didn't have it in stock,
but it took a couple of days to arrive. (Emerald, Qld).

They originally quoted me $140 but when I picked it up and they said $113
I didn't argue the point.

I was surprised to see it was a genuine Mitsu item! Not an Acme brand one.
My old ISC tested out fine with the multimeter, but just wasn't doing the
business. Idle is much improved now.

I bought one recently for 100 bucks from a little parts place around the corner from me. He had to order it in, but it only took a couple of hours to arrive.

Where from was that? Did it make a big improvement?

Magna wreckers in dandenong, can't remember the name, actually think it might have been called magnawreck or something .
If by improvement you mean fix the problem, yes, yes it did.
