Yep thats right the whole interior has been pulled out (well still have few bits left but was getting late and have an earlyish start tomorrow)
Every single part of the interior apart from literally the seatbelts and steering column and horn cover will be changed in one form or another.
Should be finished around october 23rd though expecting to be a little ahead of schedule if everything goes right.
Not explaining though what i'm doing. its a suprise :D
PS. Number plates are on the way out aswell

Hmmm changing everything but the seat belts, why not them too. You can order them in lots of colours (unless the whole interior is going black). I had was going to put in bright red ones in the old EK Holden - but then I sold her.
Oct 23 is marked in my diary - will be interesting...
hmm, this does sound interesting. Did u ever sell ur old interior?
so what are we expecting for this one? re-moulded bucket seats, with 45point harness? 15" touchscreen in the dash for carputer, 7.1 surround sound, 12 or so other 7" monitors in various unexpected locations and pink leather....oh pink leather.
well firts hes changing the color of the vinyl ;)
i actulally diid this myself last week, due to that thread u created. turned out great =]

Nah I doubt he will put a computer in the dash. If anything just put an old compact laptop in there and keep it in the glove box. Anyway, still reduntant if you ask me, unless you get a hook up to your ECU for engine readings Oil temps etc. Otherwise, if you have a DVD player in there with GPS integrated, there's no need for a Carputer.

Well i guess this counts as a clue but theres no electronics involved in my new interior. Screens in the headrests are pointless as you cant see them clearly sitting in the back seat unless you set the front seats fairly upright.
Also no carputer as theres no need for it either. Inverter is in there to plug in a ps2 when i want to but otherwise car has tv/dvd/ipod connectivity already.
I contemplated going for a all show interior but i've come up with something that I think looks a lot better, follows a theme and doesnt involve entering the car with a hazmat suit :)

just standard combination slimline black plates slightly personalised but nothing obvios like whats on the car now. Waiting to see i've got a bit excess funds left from the interior as to wether I can afford to order them.
