got my verada interior in today, Yay!!

question is the electric drivers seat, i've wired it up to the monoblock which is under it, the controls work even when the car is off, apparently the veradas also do this... taken it for a run no problems and no noise in the sound sys..... can anyone see a problem with this?? leave it as is or wire it up differently???

I would say wire it up differently, but thats from an audio perspective... Seeing as there's no induced noise you may not have a problem.

Has it got a seperate fuse? I take it the power line its on atm only has a large fuse at the engine bay? What do the veradas have on the electric seat lines? (just to protect the electrics in the seat in case of a problem)

no fuse just on the battery lead, and no noise in the audio, but i dont think id notice it anyway as the subs wouldnt play that freq and they have seperate power to the 4ch...

I would guess that the Veradas would have had a seperate fuse in the fuse housing for the seats. maybe 20 amp or so...

Depending on what fuse is in the engine bay you may want to find out what fuse is in the veradas and match that with a simple inline fuse (jaycar/tandy) of the same size.

Other than that you shouldnt have any dramas as long as the wirings all neat except for when you sell the car if you want to salvage the audio gear.

Yep, the seatback can be lowered all the way to the rear seats :D :redface:
Mine is always on. will check the manual tonight unless someone beats me to it.
