will the 3000gt front hubs fit 2nd gen cars for a brake conversion???

At a guess I'd say yes.

Same Hub measurements are same and studs 5 x 114.3.

I'm not sure about the 3000GT front caliper bracket though. Bolts holes and offsets might not be the same. Which rotor were you looking at? the 296mm or the 314mm?

looking at the 314 rotors. the hub that i an looking at is where the lower control arm and shocks bolt up to and where thedrive shaft and hub rotor go on. any other ideas that anyone can recommend me???
