hey all,

i was wondering if KR verada front body panels ( 1/4s, bonnet, grill and bumper) will fit onto a TR magna without mods? also other things such as radiators(water and aircon)?

i had a car accident and i need repairs to most of the panels of my TR and i can get a KR verada parts car easily.

They'll all fit no problems at all. The only thing would be the bumper, would want to get under the KR and check how it mounts...can't imagine it being different tho

I have a KS i could take some photos of under the bumper tomorrow when i'm working on the car if you like?

To me it looked like it will all fit, but a wrecker recons that they wont, so im kind of confused on what the answer would be.

Does anyone know of someone who did the conversion? sorry to be a pain, but id rather not buy a parts car for nothing.

Edit: also does anyone know how much damage a snapped timing belt would cause to the engine (V6) ?( ie does the engine run a interference setup) as thats whats wrong with the soon to be parts car

Generally speaking, snapped timing belt = f@#ed valves, or worse. But you could get lucky. Maybe.
