anyone of you heard Diamond Audio ?

apparantly they are good i compared them to some hertz esk 165 and they performed quite nice !
although the ESK isn't top of the range Hertz

well the guy is knocking $400 off the RRP ($700)
and im quite tempted!

Can't say I've herd of them.

Most importantly, how do they sound? That'd be 90% of my choice when choosing a speaker. (other 10%, build quality, etc etc)

they sound really nice!
but the thing is i've already bought it, coz the deal was too tempting! and i didn't have a listen to other splits!

im building door pods at the time, so when they go in i'll review them!

diamond audio are really really good speakers.....
they are pure sound quality speakers.... they compete against focal and cdt.
for nothing else will come close.... they are in a different league compared to alphine pioneer sony kicker rockford ect....

to get the most out of them. you will need a good quality amp... eclispe, alphasonik, jl, xtant a/d/s, audison something with a very clean output and definitely sound deadening and possibly even custom door pods so they are tuned to the car...

but yea you have top end speakers so dont make the mistake and go low end amps pioneer, sony, kenwood, alphine etc

yeah im half way in building the pods, i need Fiberglass and i'll be suit!

i've got a Phoenix Gold A4.50 powering the spilts in active mode!
im doing this coz i've already god a sub amp!
