well i seem to belive i have some sort of power steering leak as i need to keep topping it up every couple of weeks, and i see a leak when i look underneath.. the work mechanic seems to think it could be the power steering rack.. but cant be certain without a good look.. has anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,

best bet is to find where it's leaking, have you checked all the hoses?
It will be the rack, I think they come factory that way! :)

Try sticking a pin in the nozzles first, they could just be blocked a little, if that doesn't work could be abit of air in the hose.

Nulon make a power steering stop leak stuff, i sweared by it with my tn (had a rack leak in a bad way) i used to top it up once a week with mitsu power steering fluid, with nulon in there once every 2 months and it only needed a bit

Yeah mine leaks from the rack. Doesnt leak enough to leave drips on the garage floor so i'm not worried about it. Just de-grease it every now and then.
Looked into getting it replaced a year or so ago. For memory it was round the $500 mark. Cant justify spending the money when it doesnt effect the car.
