hey guys my car randomley wont start, just keeps kicking over without going on

i have been just turning the alarm on and off a few times and that works eventually

it stoped alltogether the other day so the machanic sent the computer and the keys away to get fixed then it worked for about 2 weeks so they said it must be the aftermarket alarm

the after market alarm is a mongoose so i took it to the place i got it installed and they put in a new one

3 days later it started being a stubborn ***** to start again

took it to the machanic yesterday and he put the computer on it and reset the emobaliser fault again! and its been working today fine

anyone got any suggestions? had the same problem befor?

thanks heaps

Might be battery related - how good is the mechanic?

BCM module shouldn't be faulting.

Check the emobiliser antenna, that could be the problem.. same thing happened to my old TE, replaced that part ($13), and it all worked again.

Edit: Just read your post properly... it could also be that the factory immobiser and the after market could be conflicting.
