How do any leaks occur? Time, heat, usage...

Depending on how bad the leak is, just watch p/s fluid level and top-up as needed.

chuck some power steering stop leak.. mine hasnt leaked in a year and a half after that was put in..

depends how bad it is.... if its only a very small leak, like mentioned just keep an eye on fluid levels and top up. if its a bit worse, see a power steering place and get a quote on reconditioning. as a guide my bro got the rack on his 1990 model supra fully rebuilt for $550. a new one from toyota was $3500, if they could find 1 in japan. it depends on what they have to do with it.
