Can anybody confirm the colours of the male side of the phone connector plug in a TL for me? With the plug on top I have:

1: Red (Black Stripe) 2: Black
3: Blue (White Stripe) 4: Blue

I assume it matches up as follows (from a previous thread):

---
1. Batt 2. Earth
3. Acc 4. Mute

Can anybody help? It looks like the plug has been butchered by the previous owner and I can't tell if's it's original or not (if if the wires are the right way around). I don't have my multimeter to test either!

I was able to get my hands on a multimeter this arvo - all sorted.

In case anybody else ever reads this for advice, the colours posted above are correct.
