As most will know my GB is about to go. What would be required if i was to put in a 5sp tippy GB out of say a TJ VRX/Ralliart

Would i need the ECU aswell?
OR
Will the TH ECU adjust?

Is it a direct swap?

What other parts if any are required?

I believe that you'll need the ECU as well..

Best of looking for a TJ Sports ECU.. 5spd Tippy Box.. and hope for the best!

Yeh Ash you might aswell go manual, ive searched & priced tippy boxes and it will cost just as much if not more than a manual GB. but if u do want to go the tippy then you will definitly need the ECU aswell!!

before i even get into buying one just need to know willm it all go in well? and from wat you said ECU would be needed. apart from that is it a direct bolt on? any extra parts needed?

so if i get a tippy box along with the right ECU from the car that the box came out of i will further need shafts and inhibitor s/w?

not really fussed about the dash coz ye wont be hard to figure out wat gear ill be in.

also if i buy the box does it all normally come with the gear selector thing?
