Just wondering where people have put switches in their car. such as neon switches, light switches ect.

Yea actualy I was also wondering something similar to this, My mate has a VS commodore and he replaced the ciggie lighter slot with a switch for his interior neons. What have other members changed the ciggie slot in ya magnas to. I'd like to make this good for sumthin cause I dont have a car charger and I dont enjoy breathing cancer. Doesn't even have to useful can just be purty :P

I will have to put a fog light switch in my car (about the same size as the 3rd gen hazard lights) but dont know where to actually put it to make it look ok plus easy to reach.

i have all 3 of my neon switches just below the gear stick near the coin slots,easy acess to turn em on and off while im driving,my multi colour neon switch board is located just below the steering wheel,i can easily change colours while driving cos they have colour globes on the switch itself.
and my car horn switches are just below my cd player,in the empty space that is where cds would go.:)

i got my nos and my purge switch on the plastic part thats just in front of my left knee

well i can safely say i have many spare holes since my magna was an ex-taxi.
they seemed to have butchered the hell out of the interior, heck those little plastic strips on the door when you open it up were held in place with tec screws.
but just to the right of my stock head unit is where i placed a small toggle switch.
no purpose besides covering a hole.
But i dont think i will need to relocate my switches they seem to be in good reach where they are.

Does anyone have any pictures please? i have 3 missle switches to go in. and i can't find a good place to put them that looks good?

I just wedged my neons switch into where the carpet meets the plastic to the left of my left knee... Stealth!

I've put my neon switches into the left hand side of the lower panel under the steering wheel. (Near my left knee). Nicely tucked in but easy to get to if you see some other flashing lights!:naughty:

interior looks bit different now, will be changed later on,the switches are abit crookered but do the job,1 for the front leds,1 for the back shelf and the neon for the amp,and one to completely turn off the underglow neons.
