Would someone be able to tell me what the outlet size of a TJ sports muffler, i'm talking about the actual diameter of the hole in the back wall of the muffler, cheers :). Also how hard is it to convert it to twin tips?

The outlet size from the muffler is 61mm OD which is just under 2-1/2"

Also what would be the easiest way to get twin tips? Just get a tip that has a single inlet and 2 outlets?

that would be right and the only way to do. if your want PM MGNTZD ( i think thats it) although he has a redback but it has a singly tip anyways he has put twin tips on it and it looks hot.

Theres heaps of different style single to twin tips around. Have a look around exhaust shops or speed shops. Get something with a single 2-1/2" with a Y out to twins.
When looking through the single pipe try find something that flows nicely into the twins rather than something with twins hacked onto it. It will flow a lot better and sound heaps better.
