I have had these (http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=CS2329&CATID=&keywords=cs%2D2329&SPECIAL=&form=KEYWORD&ProdCodeOnly=&Keyword1=&Keyword2=&pageNumber=&priceMin=&priceMax=&SUBCATID=) splits since feb (AMC group buy :D ) and have never installed them. I have decided to put them in the car but i have lost the booklet because im an idiot. Does anyone know how to mount the tweeters to their mounting thing ?

it should all just clip in
always just use some double sided tape and tape it down on top of the dash

the casing around the tweet twists off, the one on it atm is a flush mount pod, used when your cutting a hole in a door/dash pod or something and mounting it into that, for anything else youll really want that little curvey one, then either use double sided tape as already suggested, a dob or silicone (my recommendation), or a screw through into the thing your fixing it to :)

my recommendation for installation location, is the bottom of the a-pillar

If you havernt already mounted them, the 1st gen magna's have 4inch speakers on the dash, if your not using them remove the grills and gut the 4 inch speaker leaving the metal housing and mount your tweeter in there. that way it will reflex off the window at ya. I've dont this with my rada (the stock tweeters were paper ash :P) works wel.
