Hi

My BF has asked me to go on here and find out what the Tool/wrench looking light means in our TJ AWD. It is an automatic also

The car has recently started to shake and rattle when it has been started and then it slowly eases out but then it will come back again. I cant find any information on what the lights mean ( i just know the petrol one :D) ummm so yeah if you can help that would be great cause I have to call him and let him now ASAP.

Cheers

Is it on the LCD display, with the odometer etc? Just means that it is due for a service.

The check engine light is usually an orange engine, and indicates that a sensor is out of range (ie. somethings broken).

If it is shaking + doing weird things, I wouldn't be waiting for a light to come on, I would be getting it fixed before a (possibly small) issue becomes a big ugly expensive one!!!

An explanation of all of the dash lights etc. is in the owners manual.

Cheers
