Hi All,

I happen to have purchased a set of verada single piece headlights to fit my TH...

Does anybody know if i do need a bracket?... Does this bracket exists?.. i think i have read that some of you have purchased the para's with the brackets required to mount them. I have rang several mitsi dealers and they don't know what bracket i'm refering to neither can they find the bracket listed on their computer or a picture of it.

Those of you that have fitted paras before... did you find the need of such bracket? if you do have one would you have a part number or a picture of it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Brackets differ only for the driving (fog) lights I think... Verada vs Sports bumper.

Headlights just go into the same hole; different wiring will be your biggest problem.

I got a KJ and a TH and have changed the bulbs in both. Mounting points look identical
from where I looked from the back but I never had to take the whole headlamps out
so only guessing.

You find that is near impossible to get them.
I have the two piece parabolics and it was one hell of a time to install them into the standard brackets.

I had to struggle with mine, you might need to alter to get yours in

Never heard of a parabolic headlight bracket, nor did I need one when I replaced the std 2 piece, non parabolic headlights in my TJ exec with 1 piece parabolics. Only surprise I had was I found I had to remove the front bumper to get the one piece paras in without scratching the top of the bumper.

The Brackets he is talking about are the indicator Brackets they are different on the Para's enough to make them a pain to fit, their was someone on here that modded them to fit but I don't know who.

it can be done as far as I know but just don't ask me how

Thanks all for your input...

after all that... i didn't need any brackets  .... I have the one piece parabolics and i was under the impression i might need brackets to fit them in... as some of you have said this only applies to the two piece para's as the one piece fits straight in (after removing the indicator bracket of the standard lights)... although it was a pr*ck to get them in without scratching the top edge of the bumper bar... Connections were easy and i'm happy with the new look!

Hey Tom....

Where abouts are you?.... I'll keep my eyes open next time... i have seen a few light blue magnas around in my area but there isn't many people where i live with worked magnas.. mostly commodores... so it's hard to tell the difference... I always have my system a little loud also.. maybe that's why i haven't heard yours.. :P

It is now a TJ.... although the rims of the TH sports have been stuck with me for a while :)
