Ive been getting these damn spam email jiggers but they have all come from different senders. They come to both my optusnet addy's.

I cant respond to them, I've done block sender but thats pointless, I downloaded spamihalator 0.9.9.9 (bloody useless)

only thing you can do is get a new email addy I had the same problem I was getting 35+ a day all I could do was get a new email.

Maybe you can add certain words into the spam filter thingy if it has one. I just gave up trying stop spam in mine lol

One thing to remember never reply to spam cause you will find you will get even more.. 300 posts wooohooo...

It cleans up 90% which is leaves 10% = 31 spam emails a day :P

gmail's spam filter does a bloody good job! :)

The Optus spam filter is very effective, however there are some issues with the email servers at the moment that are causing some spam to get through. This should be rectified shortly.

The spam filter in question has been having issues lately where spam is slipping through the cracks.

It is being looked at and hopefully will be fixed shortly. You should only be getting a couple a day max.

Someone said Gmails filter is good... well I dont know what it is with gmail, but I get at least 10 spam emails a day, advertising sex help drugs, house loans etcetcetc flamin annoying. Don't get any with hotmail at all.

New email address, create a hotmail one for websites that need email address, dont give your new email addy to anyone you haven't had the sniffer dogs check over twice :P
