im getting my rotors machined but im not giving my car to the mechanic to do, instead im getting the guys they call to come do it for me, they are doin it for around $40 for both front rotors. I have to have my car ready when they come around though so what i want to know is if i have to take the rotors off the car or if i can get them done on it. I havent looked into it, and i forgot to ask them before (i wont be able to speak to them till after followin sat) because im busy till after wednesday.

depends if your doing them on the car or off recomend doing them on car
