Finally got around to take some pictures...
Nothing too picturesque to see in the background but at least you can see the car... I have basically coverted the TH into a TJ... Don't have any more plans for it at the moment as i'm thinking of maybe buying a different car next year.... maybe some 18" rims would complete it...

Looks good, and I don't need to tell you what else it needs - because I think you already know that.
Looks lower than a car with just Kings low springs fitted however.

Love it

Rims are imo the hardest thing to pick for a magna (asthetically speaking)... so many choices so take ya time
If ya dont mind me asking how much did the rear conversion cost ya ie. boot/lights/respray (of bootlid)?. Are you happy with the redback? Mine's comin next week :) so pretty interested.

thanx man...
with regards to the centre channel..
I have a separate clarion 5.1 dolby prologic II & DTS decoder box attached to my dvd.. so even when i listen to normal radio the decoder processes the normal sound and puts it out into 5.1...
The decoder has dedicated outputs for rear, front, centre and sub so i have a 35wrmsX 2 small amp driving the two 4" boston 2ways which i am using as the centre channels.

mmm... this conversion i did about a year ago... from memory i paid $200 for lid and $360 for a set of brand new rear lights... Panel beater charged me approx $500 to paint the lid and rear bumper at the time...
I'm quite happy with the redback exhaust, the sound is nice.. i put that on 2 years ago but it's starting to get a little louder than it used to be. I have checked it for rust or cracks to see why it's getting a little louder but nothing (I have physically taken it out to check..).. although i don't mind the extra sounds :)

yeah, my H/U already has the 5.1 built in, so i'm looking at where to mount the centre channel... smoothing over the ashtray is looking the best option atm

Alpine has available a single din centre channel if you haven't used both slots.. these retail for about $300 bucks.. i was considering this option but i thought it was a bit too rich for a plastic box with 2 x 2" drivers inside... so i opted to buy the 2 4" boston two-way speakers
I placed this ones on the side of the centre console right next to the seat belts mechanisms on the side of the seats... look closely on my interior picture..

I bougth these genuine leather covers off ebay..
Apparently these were made for export purposes.. i believe for the 2002-3 american diamante from what i was told..
The only reason i found this out is because these were sold without the front seat back covers. After talking to mitsi and upholterers the leather could not be matched as it is a different shade to the tan leather found in the australian verada. So i decided to use suede on the back of them.. which then gave me the idea of using the same material on the doors
