Is there an easy way to fix these badges rather than buying new ones? If not where's the best spot for new badges?

Get a bit of sand paper, sand whatever little bits are left off it, get a silver texta from officeworks, carefully colour the bits in and finish it with a bit of clear spraypaint.

Will cost ~$10 all up.

I think you'd be better off replacing them because you could spend money trying to fix the badge up but it would cost you probably almost as much and wouldn't look nearly as good. Debadge it by applying heat with a hairdryer and using fishing line to cut through the now warm glue. After it's removed use Mr sheen, Big kev's goo remover, or equivalent, and then polish the area where the badge is. Then go buy a new 3rd gen badge from presumably a dealership and wack that on.

Even better would be to just debadge it and don't put any replacement badges on it. Would cost you nothing and will make the rear-end of the car look a lot cleaner.

Keep in mind that the paint under your badges hasn't been exposed to the sun for the past 10+ years, so will be a lot darker, so a debadge may leave you with dark patches where your badges were. May not be an issue with white, though.
