has any body pulled apart parras? i heard you have to put in the oven to melt the glue.is this true? if so is there any other way cause mine wont fit in my oven. any help apreciated. thanx
If they are one piece acrylic paras I would not put them in the oven- There have been numerous threads on angel and halo eyes which have details on how to separate the lense
hope this helps-

You can put either acrylic or glass in the oven. Some ppl use heat guns, but this gives uneven heating and cause issues.

i have put the one piece plastic para's in the oven befoe. just make sure they don't fall over.. we managed to melt part of the top of the lense when it fell and lent against the oven wall without us knowing.

I have also used the oven procedure to remove the lens off the one-piece parras, works fine, however I had to do it twice since it cooled down too fast.
See if you can take out all of the racks and the rack holders in the oven. I had to do this before I could fit the head light in, and even then it was a tight squeeze and ended up touching the glass door as well, but it didn't melt it luckily.
