just broke it while filling my car up with petrol this morning. silly me. i was gonna replace the mast with an aftermarket oem. that will set back 33 bucks. but i see super cheap has a full universal replacement manual lock down for 10 bucks. im looking for the easiest option should i just replace the whole unit, change the mast (is it hard) or just go without an antenna. i dont live in the country.

The reception even in the city can be pretty crappy (Brisbane at least). Mine is broken at the moment. I was thinking about putting a motorised one in so it wouldnt break in the future. (i was suprised when i got my car that it didnt come motorised)

My antenna is broken as well sort of, I went to a car wash and realised the antenna wouldn't go down as it was bent a little. So i took off the trim in the boot and to my surprise is electric, but the cable isn't connected to the antenna mast, supercheap said mitsubishi would be the way to go for a new mast, but they had universal electric and universal antennas pretty cheap.
