ok i am just wondering can i do any damage to my Cadence 600WRMS 12" woofer if i take it from its ported box to a sealed box as the selaed box sounds more clearer??

thats a relief then, the new box i am using has the cusion type stuff in it and the bass is now 1000% clearer instead of the car shaking to bits, i will go take some pics to show ppl

Usually you only need to run subs ported if you don't have enough power or you can't add more subs ( i.e. making the box more efficient off the same power as sealed ).

Also previously to me changing my setup today i had 2 pioneer ummm T5-W306C's in there in the grey box the amp and Candence are in and i think my candence in the sealed box sounds better, which is strange. according the the pionner subs i had they are 1000Wmax and 400W nominal

306's are loud subs.. but stuff if they sound any good :P

they do sound gd but i am selling them as i need some $$$$

i got one 306c running off 400wrms and it does the peice, love it
