This site http://www.chromepaint.com/information.php?info_id=3 has a couple of cars with full chrome paint jobs. I'm thinking of getting the colour shifting multichrome to do my grille in. Might look good on the interior as well.

thats fine if you doing minor parts, may be a good option for TJ owners to get their rear ganish chrome.

But those pictures of fully chrome cars is illegal I believe.

Saw a chrome painted subaru at Autosalon tnite and it looked like it could do with another 20 coats of clear to try and get some shine on it, individual parts look great as an accent
but when the whole car is done all the eye seems to do is find fault after fault.:D

im a spray painter and its not actually the paint as such its the clear you put over the base that turns it chrome

there is always one beter....
i want to get my certer consol and other dash parts chromed, as at the moment, the chrome contact is i bit dodgy

Thats the sort of application i had in mind, all i have to do is find a company in Australia that stocks this type of paint.

the chrome looks kinda more like a satin finninsh...

bare metal look tougher...

i know a place that is doing this but only on small parts... i dont think it's going to be cheap though..
