Hi was wondering if anyone can give me advise on installing a power antenna in a TH Magna Advance. Also how would it work on a non original headset (Kenwood)? Advice on cost, ease on instaling, where to get a power antenna (does it need to be from Mitsubishi?), do I need to pull any additional wire or everything would be there? Cheers!!!

pretty suresome th didnt have them standard. you have to take out your existing aerial and mount and electric one and wire it up urself,as there are no wires there already. you should have any problems wire it up to your after market unit. im prettu sure theres a company called aerpro that stock kits forthe magnas. they are about 140+ i think. you might be able to source these from strathfield

Not too big of a job.. We put one in Tanyas TH that didnt have one.. Wiring wasnt to hard, used a TL Ariel as they are the same and are around $100 from Mits.. Fits like it was ment to be there...:)

If your asking that sort of question maybe its best if you get a professional to do it..:P

My TH Advance has a manual aerial... mine's busted but I don't use radio anyways.

Can buy Aerpros from most outlets including Autobarn, Repco etc.

Been told I can jack 12V+ from the boot light to power the aerial but
haven't had the time to do any prodding with the multimeter before I go shopping.
