does anyone know how much a KJ varada chrome stripe grill would cost me?.. i've got an advance.. but would love to swap it from the black square holed ones to the chrome lined ones.. :?

nah, you dont have to own a verada to get verada parts.
If you know someine with a verada the same model as you want the grille off, get the vin off of it cos if you go to mitsubishi, they will most likely ask you for it. Im surprised i havent seen anyone on here who works for mitsubishi cars. I work for DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles and we do Mercedes-Benz :D , freightliner, Mitsubishi Trucks, and Sterling, and 9 times out of 10, we have to get the VIN, hope this helps.

There are a few guys on here that work for Mitsu..

however the price was a bit more than what i thought...
$186.69 inc GST... not bad...may have to save up a little longer for it..

I went to Wanneroo Mitsubishi ages ago hunting down a 1995 KS Verada grille.

"Yes! We have them in stock. That will be $320. Oh and they dont come painted either."

I can get the Chrome KE style ons for arounf the $60... but not the KJ ones....

Anyone know what the fitting of these bars are like? Does mitsu hav to do it, n how much it costs. On another note, they look pretty cool, does anyone know which grill matches a TF (is this possible?).

The Grills are VERY easy...
Level of hardness 3/10...
Specialsts tools to install 1/10... (long handeled flat head screwdriver... or any other long thin hard thing... approx 20-30cm long and around 5mm wide.
Time taken for swapping grill 2/10.. 5-10min
