Very nice, if i was you i would try and keep the whole system the one brand thats wht i'm doing, at the moment i'm tossing up between keeeping it all Alpine or go Schneider, but try ebay, some people say that the stuff on there is crap, but i have'nt had any dramers

theres absolutely no advantage to sticking with a single brand audibly, it only makes for a pretty install.

i'd suggest looking into a JVC deck ~$300 , Response 4x100 amp $300, and response splits $150.. dont bother about rears, save up a wee bit n get a sub later on, advantage of the amp is that itll power the front speakers nicely, and have room for the sub upgrade later on too :)

plus itll be more high powered than the system youve put together, and likely to sound nicer too.

Ditch the Kenwood Amp for a Jaycar..
Other wise.. Nice System...

Kenwood KAC stands for
Kant Audibley Crank!

Other words it wont go to good

Jaycar, Reliable and cheap..

Also check out 'kit' deals that audio specialists have. Stylyn used to have an Alpine S kit, which got you the splits, deck, amp and sub, maybe rears? and it was like $1100 installed. Worth the extra for sure, with these kind of systems you do get (imo) alot of value in adding a sub.. rather than rear speakers.

Just dont get them to install it and you will be fine and dont pay shelf price!
Haggle with them !
If they want your money make them work for it!
