Make the photo smaller, like with MS Paint
Open Paint > (toolbar) Paint > Sketch/Skew >Put in desired reducing ratio
save to comp and upload
Just go down the bottom of where you post, it says manage attachments, and just upload your pictures through there
If not try www.photobucket.com (no spyware on this one)

For $650 thats a pretty good deal, considering they are new tyres, but just think, if you saved another $200-$400 you could have 17"s?

think this will do it, a bit small maybe.
Yeah for $200/$400 I cud get 17's but the car is 11 years old dunno if I really want to spend the extra on new rims

Yeah, i think you downsixed it too much, you can go a tad over 96Kb for JPEGS i think mate

And its up to you really, If you like the car that much just save the extra few hundred, the 17"s will look alot nicer.
That said it will look like a 4x4, The 16's look stockish with better handling.
Tough one there...i guess these would do if your happy with them

Are those things for a matchbox car? *squints*

Use photobucket, it comes with a built in image resizer that allows you to specify how big you want it... 640x480 should do the trick for here.
