Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has a car bra for their magna.
I just got one, its for a TE magna. I have a TF Sports, they reckon it will fit perfectly? is this true or is there a slight difference in the TF & TE bumpers because i just cant seem to get it to fit right.
Thanks

Yeah, i have one for my statesman, but the one for the magna is just a real prick of thing, it wont sit nicely, could be because it isnt a genuine Mitsubishi car bra (if they make them).

same front so will fit unless you have like a kit or something but if you have the driving lights tell them so they can cut that piece out and put clear plastic on it

Thanks mate, so its either me putting it on wrong or just Autotechnica is a crappy brand ahah. I got it off ebay for $38 so i cant really complain, its practically brand new, might end up putting it back on there if i cant get it to look right.

Haha, its a piece of vinyl that covers the front of your car to stop stone chips. Its like made to like the shape of ya car. but mine dont fit very nice.

ummm if its brand new it will be hard to put on coz ye it will stretch once on your car. try hooking it on fromn one side then pulling it across to the other side.

Nah its used, but its like a lil too big, maybe the person who sold it to me tried fitting it on a transit van or something. haha.

cheers, just saw a pic of one. Don't like em personally, but each to thier own of course.
Apparently dirt eventually gets in between the bra and the car and causes more harm than good to the paintwork (like sandpaper), so I got told...

Why on earth would you want one? If you leave it on all the time whats the point of having a nice chip free front? And if you leave it on for to long your going to get a paint fade line.

The autotechinca ones are crap, had to *attempt* to fit one once, but gave up after about an hour.
We got some other brand one and it was on in about 1/2 hour.

having a dark colored car like jtauelangi you will notice all the chips. when you have a car bra it will hide that and also protect your front. i wanna get one also and will remove it during a cruz or a meet. and you wont get a paint fade line unless you leave it on for like a whole year and only wash your car like once every two months.
well worth it

Hrmm, I've always thought car bra's were more hassel than they're worth. Unless you have a show car and need to protect some awesome custom paint work during transport... other than that, it's nothing a $10 bottle fo fix up paint can't fix ;) My car's black and has never had a car bra in it's 7 years of life, and i don't notice any stone chips at all.

Well Victorians aren't the best drivers in the world, that whole "Don't drive 3M behind another car" thing seems to challenge them, I think it comes from their sheep like minds where they like to travel in packs. :P

I'd rather have stone chips and pay to get them repaired every 6 months than have a car-bra completely destroy the look of my car.
