My mate crashed my KS about a month ago and i just got it back today. everyhting seems to be ok except that the car idles at approx. 400rpm and when i let the throttle off in any gear it seems to slow alot quicker then normal (not a huge shunt, but from 4th you can tell the difference). If the car is in drive, on a flat road, it wont really budge from 0 km/h without any accelerator applied. I know i can take it straight back to the joint that fixed it, but they're pretty far away and i have schoolies starting tommorow so i'll just bear with it if i dont have to fix it right away, unless it's something easy that i can do myself?
Any help?
its probly just ur throttle cable needs to be adjusted...? (me thinks)
well at least it took a month for urs to be back on the road, mine has been 8 months since its been off the road, but thats coz my brother and i are fixing it ourselves lol

I hope ur right, sounds an easy fix.
8 months is friggin long. 4 weeks without my car sucked, but i got to drive my mates mum's TJ Sports around a fair bit which as good.
What do i do to adjust the throttle cable?
Oh and Air con doesnt increase the idle either, pretty sure it's supposed to because when i rev, the ac boosts up

if air con doesnt increase revs when you turn it on your isc may be faulty.

Where abouts is it, because the damage to the car was the front right and apparently alot of the wires in that area of the engine bay were cut and had to be rewired. If any of the ISC wires are in that area then the unit may not have been repaired correctly...which means i should just take it back and get it fixed.
This issue is brand new, before the accident there wasn't anything wrong with the cars engine or transmission...
