I'm trying to decide how exactly I should place a couple of Diamante badges I have. They're going on the side of the car on the front door, just behing the front wheel well (like the big American SUV's; Escalades, Denalis, Navigators etc.), but I can't decide what looks better - close to the side moulding, or in line with the indicator. Just posting up some pics to get some other opinions from people. Idea is to make it look like it was put there from factory.

Here's close to the side moulding:

no offence mate but i reckon the car looks better with no badge on the side at all.....

i no some other cars have badges there, and look good, but to me it doesnt look right

Tried it... Cos the word Diamante is fairly long, it just doesn't look right because it needs to go up so high to have even spacing between the line of the door and the wheel flare.

p.s thanks to you mate!

keep it close to the mouldings but nice and straight. the badge looks kinda bent.

The badges are made to fit on a TL/KL style boot. They are slightly bent, but push flat. However, for the purpose of taking the photos I only put some tape on the back just to see what they would look like in each position. Putting tape in the middle isn't quite strong enough to hold it flat. But yeah, when they go on, they'll be flat.

I suggest closer to the side mouldings would look great. Nice idea. Also, can I ask where you got the badges from? I have been wanting one for ages, Gosford Mitsu refused and I can't find them on ebay/webs. Thanks:)
