I know how to adjust the headlight, just a screw that angles them up or down.
But what do they have to be set at for a road worthy? do they just have to be level or is there more to it.

It is very unlikely that they will be tested except for turning on and off and that upper and lower beams work properly (i.e. that the dipswitch works). Unless they are pointing wildly up, down or sideways, it shouldn't be a problem.

you can't really do it yourself if that's what you are asking, look in the yellow pages and get it done properly.
There are certain angles etc for the lights on low and full beam

You can do it 'roughly' yourself... it wont be very accurate though. And dont worry, it wont be checked during the roadworthy. Just make sure all lights work (including numberplate lights) and that all lenses do not contain any cracks.

Well it was checked for a road worthy, thats why im asking.
I rang my mechanic and he said dont worry bout it cuz hell do it.

My gas tank is out of date, I rang a fitter and they quoted between 350 and 450 for a test where another place only quoted $185, It pays to ring around.

Hi Ascension,

I posted the headlight adjustment guidelines a little while back.
