Well I was shooting home earlier to catch up on the cricket and thought I clean my windscreen. The wipers jerked for a couple of seconds then did there thing and stopped where they normally do.

I then tried turning on the wipers and there was a couple of seconds delay before they started moving. They then jerked again for a couple of second before going about there cleaning.

Tried a third time and now they won't come on at all. Checked all the fuses but it seems like a motor issue. Anyway with the outlook of rain I'm getting a little concerned :)

Can anybody suggest anything further before I take it down to Mitsubishi? It's a TL VRX. What about the cost of a new wiper motor??

just take it down to mitsubishi
it should be covered under warranty :D
